These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tutoriffic website (tutoriffic.com) and our tutoring services. By accessing our website or enrolling in a tutoring program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Tutoriffic provides personalized test preparation tutoring services. Our tutors work with students to build content knowledge, exam strategies, and study skills for examinations including but not limited to the ATI TEAS 7, HESI A2, and GED. Tutoriffic does not take examinations on behalf of students and does not assist with any form of academic dishonesty. All services are delivered as legitimate educational coaching and preparation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services. By enrolling, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Enrollment & Scheduling

Upon enrollment, you will be matched with a qualified tutor. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned tutor. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session.

4. Payment

Pricing is communicated to you prior to enrollment. Payment is due as specified in your enrollment agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing for new enrollments with advance notice.

5. Satisfaction Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any individual tutoring session, you must notify us within 24 hours of that session. We will, at our discretion, either re-schedule the session at no charge or issue a refund for that specific session. This guarantee applies to session quality only and does not guarantee any particular exam outcome, as exam performance depends on many factors beyond our control including the student's preparation effort and exam-day conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and study materials — is the property of Tutoriffic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tutoriffic's liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific session(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to exam failure, loss of admission opportunity, or career impact.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our services in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and your institution's academic integrity policies. Any misuse of our services for purposes that violate academic integrity policies of your institution is your sole responsibility.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward tutors, or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
