1. Not simplifying fractions — 6/8 and 3/4 are both answer choices. Only the simplified one is "correct."
2. Flipping the wrong fraction when dividing — it's always the second fraction that gets flipped (KCF).

Yes, you get an on-screen calculator — but it's not a silver bullet. Here's how to use it wisely:

• Use it for: Multi-step multiplication/division, double-checking your fraction→decimal conversions, and verifying your cross-multiplication.
• Don't use it for: Simple addition/subtraction, basic fractions you've memorized (1/4 = 0.25), or anything you can do faster mentally.
• Pro tip: The TEAS calculator doesn't have a fraction button. To divide fractions, you have to convert them to decimals first (numerator ÷ denominator). Practice this workflow before test day.
